Does my homeowners policy cover my barn or workshop?
Many homeowners policies include some coverage for detached structures, but the limit is often a percentage of the home’s coverage, which may not be enough for a large barn or shop. We’ll look at what you have and whether it makes sense to raise that limit.
I keep horses. Does my homeowners policy cover that?
It depends on the policy and how the horses are used. Personal horses, boarding horses for others, and giving lessons can all be treated differently. Call us and we’ll walk through your setup so you know where you stand.
Should I add an umbrella policy?
